Osso Corto from head to toe
Osso Corto can be used from head to toe for release and relief of muscles and fascia.
- Feet – roll and stretch your feet and toes using the different contours. Ideal for improving foot arch function and conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma, hallux limitus and rigidus.
- Legs – roll under your calves or glide along your calves and hamstrings for an active stretch. Release your quads, adductors and ITB by gliding along fascial lines, or target specific trigger points with Osso’s ends and contours.
- Pelvic region – Osso’s contoured ends are ideal for releasing your glutes, piriformis, hip flexors and psoas.
- Shoulders and upper back – focus on specific trigger points using the flattened ends of Osso.
- Forearms, hands and wrists – roll, glide, hold or rotate your Osso for a variety of exercises for your upper limbs.
- Vestibular and balance – hold at arm’s length and focus on Osso’s “eye” to perform visual tracking exercises, great for improving vestibular function and balance.
