Two Complete Sets of Nesting Domes
Drawstring Carry Bag
So you can take your Lotus with you. Made of heavyweight black canvas, featuring two inner pockets, finished with French seams and an embroidered logo.
Nesting Domes and Mat
Made from high-performance thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Soft to touch and free from latex, BPA and phthalates, TPE is a premium quality elastomeric material often used for watch and fitness wrist bands.
Timber Base
Crafted from real timbers—American Walnut, European Oak, European Ash, and East Asian Bamboo,.
Inbuilt Magnets
Neodymium rare-earth magnets, the strongest permanent magnets, are inbuilt within each of the domes. Each magnet is grade N48, 10mm diameter, 5mm thick.

My Pilates teacher first introduced me to Makarlu and showed me great, easy exercises using them to stretch and strengthen my feet and ankles – so easy but so effective - and the exercises were always accompanied by a sense of release and relief afterwards. Soon, I purchased a pair for myself which now live on the floor next to my bed… they look stylish and are a happy part of my morning routine. Happy feet, happy me! Of course, the Makarlu are incredibly versatile and can be configured and used in many ways for the whole body. There is so much to learn and absorb, but plenty of free on line tutorials to help so I know my Makarlu will be my beautiful friends for years to come. Thank you!
Verified ownerThese are wonderful to add to a footwork regimen. The domes help correct, improve mobility, and strengthen the feet. I enjoy how they allow me to combine knowledge from all of my different movement training and how they remove gravity from the equation. From a visual standpoint it would be great if the two paddles could mirror each other in shape when magnetized i.e. a right and left side. Overall a versatile and well made product. Thank you, keep creating!!!

Amazing sweet little aides to health and wellbeing. They look and feel so beautiful and there is such a wide range of creative ways to use them. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I have a basket of balls and rollers and bands, the Markalu are certainly my favourites.
Where to begin…. I LOVE my new purchases….. I had plant-a fasciitis in not one but both feet, pain was different in both feet…. My Pilates instructor recommended I try Makarlu, which I purchased online, to say I’m am thrilled with my purchase is an understatement, I’m pain free now and am blown away with the so many uses of my purchase.
