This promotion is a game of chance.  

Entrants are required to follow the Entry Procedure below.

MAKARLU (registered business name of Body Organics Pty Ltd)

Eligible Persons

An individual is an Eligible Person if they:

Have ordered a participating product from makarlu.com during the Promotion Period (from Nov 25, 2021)

Have a current valid email address. It is the entrants responsibility to ensure that they have ongoing access to the account.

Entry Procedure

During the Promotion Period, Entrants must:

Leave a review on a product. Both positive, neutral and negative reviews will be eligible. All reviews provided must be true and a reflection of the reviewer’s view and experience with the product. Each review submitted will provide the entrant with one (1) entry.

Valid entries that are approved and published on the website will be entered into the random prize draw. MAKARLU reserves the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any content on MAKARLU’s website that MAKARLU deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or terms and conditions of customer ratings and reviews. If a review is published but removed prior to the draw date for that month, the associated entry will no longer be valid for draw.

Verification Requirements

Winners will be contacted via the email used to submit their product review but will not be required to verify their contact details.

MAKARLU Lotus and MAKARLU Coast.

Total Number of Entries for Promotion

Each valid entrant will receive one (1) automated entry into the draw for each review that is submitted and approved for publication on the website.

Draw Details (if a game of chance)

There will be a monthly winner drawn on the last day of the month. Winners will be notified by email.

Prize Details

One valid entrant drawn each month will receive a MAKARLU Lotus or MAKARLU Coast in their choice of colour and timber. The prize will be shipped to an address of the winner’s choosing.

Prize Restrictions (if any)

Awarding of prizes is limited to one per person.
